Little Flowers Girls’ Club
What is the Little Flowers Girls Club?
The Little Flowers is a group of Catholic girls who work to grow in faith, service, and fellowship by learning the virtues, saints, and Scripture in fun and active ways. With an emphasis on serving, opportunities are given to focus on loving and caring for others. Through our meetings, service opportunities, and get-togethers, the chance for fellowship is offered for both the girls AND their families.
As little flowers, girls are given the chance to learn how to better love God, live their lives virtuously, and love and serve others while working to solidify a strong, faith-filled sense of self and an altruistic character …all while having fun!

OBJECTIVES FOR LITTLE FLOWERS
-
To establish the understanding that the virtues teach us how to be good and loving people, how to treat others, how to be our best selves, and, above all, how to be true followers of Christ
-
To learn, practice and grow in the virtues and be shining examples of good and virtuous girls and young women
-
To find a strong sense of self, rooted in our faith and in God’s love for us (through the virtues taught, the acts of service preformed, and the friendships made)
-
To learn the importance of service (it is a gift to serve!) and to connect the service projects that we do to the virtues
-
To see church and our parish as a positive place to be
-
To establish and grow friendships that are positive and faith-filled and to create a family-like environment that is warm and embracing
-
To create a sense of camaraderie among the girls, their families, and our parish at large
-
To do all this – learning, serving, and building community – while having fun!
