It’s time again for the Little Flowers’ most treasured act of service
the Valentine’s Day Rose Bouquet Sale and Give-away
that spreads God’s love on the Day of Love.
Last year, the Little Flowers gave out 121 rose bouquets and 300 carnations and hope to do just as many again this year!
On the weekend of February 3-4 after all Masses, parishioners are invited to buy a rose bouquet to gift to another in need of a little love and cheer (such as the elderly, homebound, residents in assisted living facilities and hospice, or anyone else who could use a reminder that they are loved and thought of).
The following weekend, the Little Flowers will gather to make up the bouquets and decorate valentine cards which little flowers families will then deliver around the local area right before Valentine’s Day. The girls will also hand out carnations to all residents they meet at the assisted living facilities that are visited.
